Everyone has a dream and usually more than one. Some dreams come true during our lifetime, some change along with our views or due to circumstances and some remain dreams. The Evum team has set the goal of realizing the dreams of others.
In 2020, the “Make a dream come true” project has started for children undergoing oncology treatment in the Chernihiv Hematology Department. From the first year of successful implementation, we have made sure that realizing the dreams of others brings the utmost pleasure and a sense of euphoria.
Without hesitation, we have determined that St. Nicholas’ Feast is the day to realize many dreams. On this day, children receive gifts from “St. Nicolas”. Over several months, a lot of work has been put into the preparation and implementation by the Evum team. Precisely for the success of this day, a lot of work has been put in to create a day full of smiles and sincere happiness for children. After mothers have secretly found out the wishes of our dreamers, we have turned to various companies and benefactors in Chernihiv for their help and support. The number of participants eager to help has been pleasantly large. Thirteen companies and benefactors have joined the project.
As a result, we have collected 90,870 UAH and nineteen children have received their dream gifts which include: several Lego sets, loudspeakers to listen to their favorite songs, a football, gyro boards, phones, a synthesizer, dolls, toys, a tablet, books, bicycles, and even a certificate for an excursion to Chernobyl and a helmet for a motorcycle!
