In difficult times, when Ukraine is suffering from war, it is important to remain caring and to make sacrifices for others, this makes it possible to improve the surrounding world. Employees of the patrol police of the Chernihiv region demonstrated their dedication to this initiative by participating in a charity event and donating blood for children being treated at the Hematology Department of the Chernihiv Regional Children’s Hospital (CRCH).

Evum and the Patrol Police of the Chernihiv region started the “Day of Good Deeds”, which became an excellent opportunity for police officers to show their care and support for young patients undergoing treatment for oncological and hematological diseases.

Chernihiv police officers have been participating in similar charity events for several years in a row, doing everything possible to support young patients in their struggle on the road to recovery.

Every year they participate in the organization of festive events for children treated in the hospital. Often, the presence of police officers at children’s holidays instills confidence and trust in sick children, giving them unforgettable moments. This year, the patrol officers helped the children effectively – they donated their blood to speed up the treatment process for those who urgently need it.

This noble step on the part of the police is an example to follow, because it contributes to the formation of a positive image and shows the humanity of the representatives of the law enforcement agency in the eyes of other people. This increases the cultivation of a sense of responsibility and mutual assistance in society. The patrol police of the Chernihiv region not only perform their professional duties, but are also active participants in public life.

In this way, police officers not only ensure order and security in the region, but also interact with the community, giving hope and support to those who need it most – young patients who are overcoming a difficult road to recovery.

Evum expresses its sincere gratitude to all policemen and other caring residents of Chernihiv who joined the charity initiative and donated their own blood to support the treatment of children!

We hope that next time representatives of other state bodies and institutions will join us, together we will be able to help the little heroes with their struggle!
