For our team, it is essential that children have everything they need for their treatment: medicines, consumables, and medical equipment to ensure proper conditions of care.
Representatives of the Western Ukrainian Specialized Center of Pediatric Medicine, located in Lviv, approached us with a request to purchase the necessary medical equipment for treating children at the Clinic of Pediatric Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation.
Thanks to the financial support of our friends and partners from Germany — the charitable organizations LandsAid e.V. and Aktion Deutschland Hilft — we purchased and delivered 13 infusion pumps, which are critically important throughout the entire treatment process for administering chemotherapy and various types of infusions.
In addition, two modern medical carts were purchased for use in the transplantation units.
The total amount spent on this medical equipment was UAH 1,470,517.
Every child with cancer deserves a chance to recover and access to all conditions necessary for safe, continuous, and free medical treatment. The Evum team works every day toward this goal to meet the needs of medical departments where children receive treatment.
