Our partners and friends, who live in Germany, — the Association of Ukrainians in Karlsruhe (Ukrainer in Karlsruhe) — supported us in purchasing medical consumables for the St. Nicholas Children’s Hospital in Lviv and the Chernihiv Regional Children’s Hospital.
For the treatment of children in oncology departments, there is a constant need for syringes and IV drips, which are used here every day. As the head nurse of one of the oncology units said, these consumables are used up like water.
In order for medical procedures to be carried out without delays and on time, a large number of such medical supplies is needed every day. Without them, the treatment process becomes impossible. That is why we turned to our friends and partners for support in purchasing these items.
Thanks to Ukrainer in Karlsruhe, medical consumables were purchased for a total amount of 296,089 UAH.
